Once you're ready to move forward, we'll secure your project with a deposit (25% of the full project fee). After that, we'll send you an onboarding guide and a short questionnaire to gather everything we need to start bringing your brand to life.

We'll tak all that insight and begin crafting your brand's creative direction. You'll receive two distinct visual paths - complete with mood-boards, sketches, and written rationales to help you see how your brand could take shape. This is where the magic starts to rise.

Once we've agreed on the direction, we'll begin developing your brand elements - logos, sub-marks, typefaces, colour palette, patterns, and social media styling. We include up to three rounds of refinements depending on your package, ensuring everything feels just right.

When your final payment is made, we'll wrap everything up in a tidy bundle. You'll receive all your design files, plus a custom off-boarding document to help you use your new brand with confidence - because we want your brand to keep growing, long after we hand it over.
